Description

On the north border side there are 6 conifers (T1-6) that are fast growing Leyland cypress type, which have significantly overgrown. They are believed to be 20 years old and of a reasonable condition . They completely dominate the border and also reduce the light in the neighbouring garden. The proposal is to remove the conifers and replace them with a mixture of trees (4 off) and a variety of bushes/ shrubs offering a softer impact with variable colours and textures.On the southern side there are a number of randomly placed Leyland Cypress type conifers (T7-9) which tower over the neighbouring garden. The proposal is to remove the conifers and replace them with a mixture of trees (2 off) and shrubs; offering a softer impact, with variable colours and textures. HAR/CA29, TPO 82W.
