To raise the existing roof of the room over the garage ( Ridge to be no higher than main roof). The front elevation will be back from the main building line by 900mm. There would be an additional window added to the front and rear elevation and the existing window on the gable would be bricked up. The facing bricks on the existing property are still available so will be used to match.Windows will be UPVc doubled glazed in accordance with Building Regulation requirements. The improved size space will be a dressing room and ensuite to master bedroom and extend the rear bedroom. Roof tiles will be removed and re-used with reclaimed tiles to match for replacing any damaged.
