Description

The proposed works to the site that require Listed Building Consent include the removal of the paint to the exterior masonry, the removal of the illuminated box sign to the front elevation, repair works to the uncovered brick wall to the east and the removal of an area of cement based render to the lower section of the eastern wall. The client is seeking to attain retrospective Listed Building Consent for the addition of a Gypsum Casoline MF ceiling soundproofing system, the addition of two sections of timber board to walls in the basement and the installation of two tables to the ground floor.
