Description

Rear extension (9.2m wide x 6m projection). Reposition front door from existing front elevation to existing side elevation. Widen existing driveway (additional 2.1m wide x 5.9m long)- Install pathway between highway and proposed front door position, and between proposed widened drive and proposed front door position (totalling 22.9m x 0.9m)- Incorporate existing flat roof areas into proposed pitched rooflines of the building.- Replace white uPVC ship-lap cladding on the existing front elevation pike of the gable with white render, from DPC to the top of the pike.- Reposition existing window and door apertures along the side elevation.
