Description

Raise the height of the boundary wall on Brentnall Street to 1.8m. Install new pedestrian access from Brentnall Street to the front of the building. Close of the existing pedestrian access on the A6 and move it to the north end of the A6 next to 167, to allow for a DDA Ramp to be installed. Rebuild the existing front wall to enclose the existing pedestrian entrance. Install cast iron railings along the front and Brentnall side up to new side entrance. Install 12m flag pole to southern corner of the site. Install exterior light to illuminate the front of the building. Install DDA compliant ramp from new access point on the A6 to the front door, and re-flag the frontage in stone. Replace the single panel glazing in the front stone Mullins and side stone mullions, ground floor and first floor with stainless steel double glazed units. Restore the stone work and brickwork on the front and side facades, and clean stone and bricks.
