Description

Front Garden-------------------1) Conifer front garden - Remove. 2) Hollys - to reduce in height by half.Conifer is leaning and damage and cracks appearing on internal walls and blocks sunlight. Two Holly trees need to be halved also as stopping sunlight to the property. All trees are approximately 18 metres high.Back Garden------------------3) Remove red cedar tree.Existing cedar tree in the back garden is leaning and blocking sunlight causing damage to a large area of the grass as the grass is constantly in the shade. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------These trees are all on our property and aren't protected by a tree preservation order. Just to note - Also the map of the street shows where the trees under the order are situated (in green on the plan). The plan actually looks incorrect. Some of The trees marked as under TPO are on the other side of the street and not on our side. For instance, if facing our property then the right hand side entrance to the garden is currently marked with a green circle to identify a tree that's under a TPO. This tree is actually on the other side of the street. This location currently has a lamp post there and there isn't a tree. HAR/CA15, TPO 18N.
