T1 - Cypress sp. Dismantle to ground level.T2 - Norway Spruce. Dismantle to ground level.T3 - Yew. Dismantle to ground level.T4 - Hazel. Dismantle to ground level. HAR/CA29.The garden is dominated by the high canopy broadleaved trees at the edge of Bramhall Park to the rear and is therefore quite a dark and damp space, despite it's size. The intention of the proposed work is to brighten the garden by removing the darker, denser conifers and the understorey hazel, whilst retaining the the native broadleaved canopy further down the garden. We suggest this is a preferable alternative to carrying out reduction work to the high canopy trees, which would be less effective and would necessitate further maintenance in future.
