Proposal to lift lower canopy to 5metres roadside by removing regrowth from previous cuts.T2 Sycamore tree in rear garden of property number 23 Farley Court. Proposal to fell and remove dying Sycamore stem which has had main leader snap out, 4 or more places on main stem with heart wood exposed. Most branches on stem are dead. Fell and remove for safety.
