Description

I am applying as the letting agent of the property address 10 Heathfield Road, Davenport. The tenants of this property are experiencing some issues of damp that needs to be recitified with some repointing to an external wall. Unfortunately this wall cannot be accessed because of a large overgrown tree on the land of 19 Heath Road, Davenport. The owner of this land has granted permission for the tree to be trimmed back so the work required can take place but has also advised that it is in a conservation area and that permission must be granted by Stockport Council. Can you please advise if we are able to have the tree cut back where it overhangs on the land of 10 Heathfield Road, Davenport. HAR/CA36.
