Description

I would like to fell and remove a tree within an area covered by a TPO. The tree I propose to fell is a horse chestnut and the reason is I feel it is unhealthy and diseased tree that imposes danger to nearby property and life. I am happy to plant 2 replacement trees within a 30m radius. These trees would be saplings of the same species. HAR/CA9, HAR/CA10, TPO 72N, TPO 69E, TPO 253E TPO 1eE.
