Description

Oak tree. To prune lower branches which are circa 6 feet above ground level and in full bloom, is dangerous to adults and children in windy conditions as they sway lower to the ground. The branches are within an accessible area. Therefore request is to move the lower branches so that the lowest point of the tree is at a much safer. This will also have the benefit of removing shade so that the area can be used. This impacts 2 gardens in an enclosed area away from public access. HAR/CA21, TPO 61N.
