T1 - Plane located at the front right of the property - Dismantle in sections.T2 - Plane located at the front left of the property - Dismantle in sections- Leave stumps as close to ground level as possible.Some previous drain blocking, client obtaining details of site visits to carry out unblocking by United Utilities.Root damage to the driveway and paving. This root activity is creating a trip hazard for users of the drive/footpath. Roots could not be cut close to the base of the trees due to stability issues, the client is also concerned that if roots are cut away from the tree that root damage may occur again in a short space of time.The potential for root damage of the property was raised.The client felt there are limited pruning options that will practically control, the size of the trees and root growth. They were also concerned about the cost of having to repeatedly prune the trees.Client raised concerns over the foliar dust that she feels may worsen/cause allergies that she has. TPO 412W.
