Variation of Condition 1 relating to SMD/2021/0491 to allow following amendments: 1. The introduction of 2 new house types (bungalows) on plots 31-40, across the frontage of the site 2. Adjustment of the levels of the road 3. The relocation of plot 38 4. Reallocation of the land between plots 38 and 37 as public open space 5. Introduction of an attached garage on house type A 6. Removal of 1no. dormer on house type B 7. Rearrangement of plots 13, 14 and 17 8. The roof pitches on House types A,C,D,E,F & G have been dropped from 35 degrees to 30 9. House types B & C have changed from 3 beds to 4 Beds 10. Raised timber deckings have been added to the rear of the bungalows on plots 32 - 40 11. Some bungalows have been handed to facilitate vehicular access 12. Plots 18 and 23 & 24 have been swapped around 13. Addition of an ensuite above the porch on House Type C 14. Driveway alterations on plots 2 - 5 15. The 2 roads to the north of the site have been made private
