Application Details
Description
T1 Norway Maple - crown thin and raise. Health of this tree has improved significantly due to the ongoing maintenance it has had. Removal of epicormic growth.T2 Beech - request to crown thin and raise and remove branches extending toward 8 and 6 Park House Drive which are impacting on light into properties and starting to grow into the telephone cables again. Branches should be cut back to a minimum of 4 metres from both properties to reduce impact to light and danger to properties.T3 Beech overhanging rear garden from 10 Park House Drive. This tree has grown significantly over our garden in recent years and is now getting close to our house and blocking the majority of light from our greenhouse and creating a number of heavy overhanging branches. It is a number of years since any pruning and therefore significant work is required. Request to prune back the overhanging branches to reduce the impact of light, proximity to the house and danger of overhanging branches to our back garden. Due to the weight of the overhanging branches they are getting lower and therefore raising the crown to give significant clearance from garden buildings is requested. Whilst this tree grows in a neighbours garden on the boundary with our property it is only the branches protruding into our garden that we are requesting permission to prune and will discuss this with our neighbour prior to any works.Significant deadwood falls from all 3 trees occur regularly presenting danger to cars and pedestrians and we would like the deadwood removed and crowns thinned to reduce this risk.Own T1 and T2. T3 owned by neighbour
