Installation of an underground gas tank in front curtilage requiring engineering/excavation works.The tank will be supplied and installed by Calor Gas and will be located 5m from the boundary of the property and more than 3m from the existing property, in accordance with the legal requirements. The site survey by Calor Gas identified the position as being the only realistic option, due to features such as trees the position of the boundary. The only evidence of the tank being below ground will be a round plastic access cover, the tank is 3040mm x 1450mm, holding 2100 Litres.The excavation will not be near to any of the services to the property, as the electrical supply is above ground and the water supply is in the other side of the garden.The installation will allow for the removal of an existing oil tank at the property.
