Description

Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed development of the remove of non-compliant external metal (ACM) cladding system with compliant fire-rated metal cladding system and introduction of thermal insulation to all the building envelope as part of a cladding safety scheme. Also, removal of unknown soffit material at First Floor soffits with compliant fire-rated metal cladding system.
