Non material amendment relating to planning permission 23/00086/FUL to make the following amendments: Swap the substation location and the charger bays over;A blast wall has been added behind the sub-station in order to meet with regs and the illuminated EV canopy has been removed; No longer proposing the Jetwash bays, now no change to this area of the forecourt, and the existing LPG tank will be retained;Retention of existing car wash;The off-set fills for tanker deliveries was, and still is to be relocated. There was no provision however in the original application for a stronger base to accommodate these types of vehicles.
