T1: Hawthorn - Removal of unstable Hawthorn tree, which is leaning over public footpath & beginning to encroach on graveyard , removal is required to ensure safety of footpath users & to prevent damage to graveyard/boundary wall(s), stump to remain in-situ to prevent damage to wall, tree to be replaced with a Rowan tree (PT2) in same position along the path, but within garden of 1 The Old School to prevent causing further damage to retaining wall, this would be ~2ft distance from the retaining wall. Tree appears to have shifted lower following recent storms, & currently is below head height on path at ~5ft above path, due to this & darkening evenings, tree needs to be removed before it causes any damage or injury
