Details of condition 3 'Hard and soft landscaping' for Plot H11A - with revised details to those approved in ref. 21/AP/3005 to replace the CEDEC surfacing with buff colour asphalt surface along Ash Avenue - as required by planning permission ref. 19/AP/2116 'Application for approval of reserved matters (appearance, layout and scale only) for Plot H11A within Elephant Park submitted pursuant to the Outline Planning Permission ref. 12/AP/1092. The proposal comprises the construction of three buildings ranging between 10 and 19 storeys in height (maximum height 66.8m AOD) comprising 222 residential units, 1,421.8 sqm (GEA) flexible retail, office, community and leisure (A1-A5/B1/D1/D2) uses, wheelchair accessible parking, cycle storage, servicing, plant areas, landscaping, new public realm, and other associated works, with a revised facade design, a revised ground floor layout, revised floorspace figures and a reduction in maximum height to those approved by reserved matters approval ref. 18/AP/1862 for Plot H11a.'
