Non-material amendment to planning application ref. 21/AP/4194 'Redevelopment of existing building including partial demolition and two storey upward extension to create eight-storey Class E building with installation of roof terraces, associated highway and landscaping works, cycle parking, refuse storage including plant facilities at roof level.'The NMA seeks:- amendments to the platform lift and increased height at roof level;- amendments to east elevation glazing and new facade; and- omission of three short stay cycle stands within the public realm and revised access hatch location on Montague Close.
