Details of Condition 4 'Secure by Design certification' required by planning permission ref no. 23/AP/0802 'Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref. no. 19/AP/2195: 'Redevelopment of the site to demolish the existing temporary accommodation unit at 66 Linden Grove and 1-2 Limes Walk with residential block, comprising of 27 new affordable homes contained within a 4 storey block and a row of terrace houses of 2 to 3 storeys. Refurbishment of 3 Limes Walk including internal and external elevational alterations only.
