Description

Proposals to replace a number of windows to the rear of the property, replacement bi-fold doors to the second floor front elevation (non-original part of house) and single door to the rear of the property to the second floor rear terrace, including external decorations and making good a leak to the pavement vaults on the lower ground floor, make good window lintel to the rear and replace both floor finishes to the terrace.
