Non-Material Amendment to planning permission ref. 25/AP/3465 dated 28/01/2026 for 'Construction of a single-storey rear extension and reconfiguration and replacement of all existing front and rear windows'. NMA sought:The amendment seeks to amend the materials of the front elevation window frames from white PVC to black aluminium. The proposal would also include red brick front porch with a timber door. This would include a revised description of development as: 'Construction of a single-storey rear extension, reconfiguration and replacement of all existing front and rear windows and addition of front porch'
