Description

-Rear mansard roof extension over parent building-Rear outrigger extension over existing outrigger.-Maintain pitch of front roof slope. -Raise ridge line by 400mm.-2nr rooflights to front roof slope, 1nr rooflight over the mansard extension, 1nr rooflight over the outrigger extension.-Raise parent building chimney stack by 400mm to allow for raised ridge and mansard extension.-Raise outrigger party parapet wall and rear chimney stack by 1950mm to allow for outrigger extension.-Existing lower ground floor lean-to rear extension pitched roof changed to a flat roof, with maximum height of 2.7m at the boundary and 1nr rooflight. Internal reconfiguration across the lower ground floor.-Removal of 3nr chimney breasts.-New cycle and bin storage to front yard.
