Non-material amendment to planning permission 23/AP/2312 dated 05/06/2025 for 'Erection of a new single storey basketball hall with supporting facilities (changing rooms and WCs) and a lightweight link to the existing school building'. The amendments include the following: West Elevation:- Removal of the approved high-level window.- Replacement of the approved full bank of louvres with smaller ventilation grilles.- Addition of an external ramp and balustrade to the fire escape door in accordance with the Fire Strategy. North and South Elevations:Removal of the central bank of high-level louvres to accommodate revised ventilation requirements.
