Details of Condition 2 -Hard and soft landscaping scheme as required by planning permission 25/AP/0769 dated 09/03/2026 for Formation of 'Community Charging' EV recharging facility on existing private residential car park (change of use from car park ancillary toresidential (C3) to commercial EV charging station (sui generis). Development to comprise the installation of 3.no rapid chargers to serve 6.no new EV charging bays, together with ancillary electrical equipment including substation.
