5 DAY NOTIFICATION: Works to tree with a TPO: T1 - XL horse chestnut tree in the front garden. Leaning stem over road and footpath has some degradation of holding wood. Pollard leaning stem to historic points, (approx 5m of new growth to main stem) and install a COBRA cable brace to minimise risk. 5 Day notice required.
