Details of Condition 9 (Surface water drainage system) required by planning permission ref no. 23/AP/3273 'Refurbishment of South Dock Marina boatyard to include demolition and removal of all buildings and structures on site, renew services infrastructure, new electricity substation, underground drainage, and hard standings and provide new workshops, studios, toilets showers laundry and associated landscape.
