Variation of condition 4 (Construction Environmental Management Plan) pf planning permission 22/AP/3683 (Demolition of existing garages and construction of four storey and five storey buildings providing 18 residential apartments (two x 1-bedroom units, nine x 2-bedroom units, seven x 3-bedroom units) with associated estate-wide hard and soft landscaping, cycle parking and refuse storage and the replacement of the existing substation).To separate Condition 4 (Construction Environmental Management Plan) into two parts. The suggested wording for amendment is as follows: "Prior to works commencing, a separately written DEMP for demolition works and CEMP for construction works must submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The DEMP and CEMP shall oblige the applicant, developer and contractors to commit to current best practice with regard to construction site management and to use all best endeavours to minimise off-site impacts, and will include the following information..."
