Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 21/AP/4194 dated 20/03/2024 for 'Redevelopment of existing building including partial demolition and two storey upward extension to create eight-storey Class E building with installation of roof terraces, associated highway and landscaping works, cycle parking, refuse storage including plant facilities at roof level.' The amendments include the following:- to convert the eastern flexible Class E retail/restaurant unit at ground floor to a flexible dual use of office and/or retail/restaurant (Class E) to facilitate the incoming occupiers office entrance. - re-wording of Part B for Condition 23 and 27
