NMA sought: Roof design of the ground floor extension has been amended from a stepped design to a sloping roof, but with no changes to heights at the eaves or ridge.; Change to glazing in the same roof; Reduction in size of the rear reception room window to accommodate the sloping roof, and positioning the external drainpipes in a less obtrusive location on the main house rather than on the outrigger.
