Non-material amendment to planning permission 17/AP/4546, which gave consent for: "Demolition of existing building and erection of a part 5, 8 and 9 storey plus basement mixed-use development (max height 29.98m) comprising 2,351 sqm (gia) of flexible workspace (Use Class B1) and 84 residential apartments (Use Class C3) with associated amenity space and ancillary infrastructure".The non-material amendments sought by 17/AP/4546 are to: - amend the development description to read "Demolition of existing building and erection of a part 5, 8 and 9 storey plus basement mixed-use development (max height 29.98m) comprising 2,351 sqm (gia) of flexible commercial floorspace (Use Class E) and 84 residential apartments (Use Class C3) with associated amenity space and ancillary infrastructure"; and - introduce a new condition (Condition 30) stipulating the exact Use Class E sub-categories that are permitted.
