Variation to Condition 1 and 3 for full application 20/AP/0753 dated 04/06/2020 for Refurbishment, remodelling and repair of the house and outbuildings at lower ground floor level. New terrace and upward extension to the rear extension at ground floor level. Creation of an opening and new window to match existing fenestration. Repairs to boundary treatments. New timber fencing to boundary walls and new cast iron railings to facade facing the driveway.Removal: Condition1 and 3To pursue a sustainable approach to construction materials used and to enhance the amenity of the property by allowing more day light into the lower ground floor. The attached drawings show that the proposed changes primarily make the development more compatible with the existing listed fabric and have less environmental impact by using breathable, recycled and carbon neutral finish materials and construction techniques wherever possible while minimising use of modern materials. The structural works are proposed using structural timber where possible to minimise the use of steel or concrete. To Change the conditions number 1and 3 to be amended to reflect the changes proposed above in terms of both the drawings and the proposed materials.
