Non-material amendment to Condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref no. 24/AP/3703 NMA sought: Amend the rear ground floor window of the extension. This will include making the window taller and rectangular in shape by raising the top by 53cm, while keeping the width and lateral position unchanged. The revised top would align visually with the adjacent glazed doors, improving internal aesthetics, allowing more natural light into the kitchen, and providing a natural line of sight from inside.
