London Plane, identified in the submitted Tree Constraints Plan as Tree 10 occupying the approximate What3Word location .Pollard crown at approx 2m from main stem on all sides.Works are intended to support planning application 25/AP/2610 and allow for greater pruning of the tree than proposed in the supporting documents. Pruning required to facilitate crane access and operations due the physical limitations of site not considered as part of the AIA.
