Non-material amendment to planning permission 23/AP/3557 dated 04/04/2024 for 'Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 22/AP/1802 for 'Approval of Reserved Matters (pursuant to Outline planning permission 20/AP/3744) for the erection of a new canopy related to a future northern entrance to Surrey Quays Stationfronting onto Deal Porters Way and the change of use of land adjacent to 181 Lower Road to operational railway land with the erection of a new single storey building containing back of house facilities to enable the development of step-free access and stairs to platform level (this application is to be read in conjunction with Prior Approval Application23/AP/3594).The changes sought by this NMA seek to alter the wording of condition 7 attached to permission ref. 23/AP/3557 to remove the restriction preventing refuse collection from Lower Road.
