Variation of legal agreement ref. LEG/PL/SH/RR020/497 associated with planning permission ref. 23/AP/2124 (for the redevelopment of the Biscuit Factory site), to propose amendments including: adding in a definition of "Golden Brick" to Clause 1.1, amending the requirements for phased delivery of affordable housing and market housing and the associated occupation restrictions Schedule 4 Clauses 2.4a and 2.4b; and to amend the requirement for Highway Works to be completed prior to first occupation of a phase in Schedule 5 Clause 7.2e.
