Description

Non-material amendment pursuant to 18/AP/1604 'Hybrid application seeking detailed planning permission for Phase 1 and Outline Planning Permission for future phases for the comprehensive redevelopment of the Canada Water Masterplan' (as amended by NMA ref. 24/AP/0272 dated 16th July 2024 which sought to amend the approved plans pursuant to Plot A2). This NMA seeks to vary the approved drawings listed under condition 1 for Plot A2 by correcting plan references as listed on the Decision Notice ref. 24/AP/0272. This application does not propose any changes to the plans submitted under application 24/AP/0272 but seeks to correct the plan references listed on the decision notice.
