Deed of variation to amend Schedule 7 (Affordable Workspace) of the section 106 agreement attached to planning permission ref. 21/AP/4194 dated 19.03.2024 for 'Redevelopment of existing building including partial demolition and two storey upward extension to create eight-storey Class E building with installation of roof terraces, associated highway and landscaping works, cycle parking, refuse storage including plant facilities at roof level.' The proposed variation would remove the requirement to deliver affordable workspace on site, and instead make a payment in lieu (financial contribution) to the council.
