Discharge of Schedule 5, Clause 3.1 'Highway Works Specification' for Phase 1 only of the Section 106 Agreement attached to planning permission 23/AP/3474 (as amended by 25/AP/1784 and 25/AP/2801), which gave consent for: "Minor Material Amendment of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission 22/AP/1221 [...] Amendments to the outline planning permission to allow for:- Changes in maximum building height of Block G2- Increase in maximum building height of Block H- Removal of commercial floorspace in Block H- Change in phasing plan to deliver Tustin Common works from Phase 2 to Phase 3 with new interim landscaping works- Changes in housing mix in Phases 2 and 4".
