Removal of Condition 2 (Flood Risk Assessment) pursuant to planning permission 20/AP/1039 for 'Variation to Condition 2 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 10/AP/1165 for 'Refurbishment of existing lower ground floor offices, internal alterations of ground and upper floors for the conversion of existing listed building facing Blackfriars Road into a hotel (C1 use). Installation of platform lift at front.
