Variation of Condition 1 'approved plans' of planning permission 24/AP/2487 'Conversion of L-shaped rear dormer with screened roof terrace and two rooflights to front roof slope and 1 flat rooflight to form habitable rooms in the loft. A 1700mm brick and frosted glass balustrade is proposed to the rear dormer on the outrigger to provide screening and safety.' Amendments sought: Terrace floor raised by 700mm with 400mm step down. Rear door width reduced from 2000mm bi-fold to 1200mm French doors. Brick balustrade height increased by 700mm to 1800mm., Dormer roof height increased by 200mm (now 100mm below ridge). Side-facing window removed
