T2761 - Apple - Pollard to crown break at 2.2m above ground level [poor structural condition]."Dull sounding stem from ground level. Advanced decay in scaffold limbs and at crown break. Minimal residual wall at old pruning wounds. Reduced tree with onesided unbalanced canopy remaining, weighted towards the roadand over footpath. Epicormic regrowth is maturing since heavy reduction. If tree is to be retained it must be as a low pollard and managed on a short cycle. Consider pre-emptive removal."
