Description

Demolition of the side facade and roof of the existing rear outrigger and the construction of a single-storey rear extension which includes a projecting timber-clad rooflight. The external double door will be replaced with a single door. Removal of the side entrance door, replaced with a window retaining the appearance of a door. Landscaping works to the rear include lowering of garden level adjacent to the extension to match internal floor level, with existing solid decking replaced with a permeable surface and new steps and bench integrated into the garden.
