Description

Works to trees subject to a TPO: To remove trees Norway Maple (T002), Willow (T004), Lawson Cypress (T007), Cypress (T008) & Holm Oak (T009) as per drawing 8770-D-AIA-57 Alleyn Road Dulwich. In addition to these trees stated for removal within the report, (Holly) T005 is also to be removed as the tree is no longer living. This was determined by the Dulwich Estate's tree officer and is also included in the Dulwich permit.(Oak) T001 is to be pruned to facilitate the building works (crown lifted to 5m above ground level), as outlined in the arboricultural consultants report. Conditional replacement to be agreed under Condition 9 of Planning Permission 25/AP/1457.
