Details of Condition 5- Pre-work Survey Aand Scope of Work as required by planning permission 23/AP/1686 dated 26/09/2023 for he proposal is to carry out like-for like repairs to the masonry river wall of the building, concrete buttresses and the timber jetty. The repair types are listed below;- Replacement of missing bricks and mortar;- Repointing of mortar;- Brickwork recasement and repointing;- Injection grouting (concrete crack filling);- Concrete repairs (including replacement of some reinforcing bars);- Removing debris from inside of the flap valves;- Sealing interfaces between pipes and the masonry wall;- Cleaning/ greasing of the flap valves;- Replacement of waterproof rendering;- Removing loose steel plates from tie structures;- Replacing fixings on the timber jetty;-Replacing damaged or missing timber planks;-Replace a broken handrail rung.All materials used will be approved before use so that the match the exisiting.
