Description

Minor external repair works to windows and external brickwork. Replacement of existing dormer window with a new sliding sash window. Replacement of existing roof membrane to dormer with slate tiles. Replacement of existing roof membrane to front mansard with a lead finish. Repair of existing roof membrane to main roof. Overhaul and replacement of liquid applied parapet gutter with new stepped, lead line gutter. Overhaul and redecoration of existing rainwater goods and new black painted, traditional cast iron rain water goods to front elevation. Associated internal repair and redecoration works.
