Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 18/AP/3463 and approved appeal APP/A5840/W/19/3225213 (as amended by 23/AP/1427) for: Variation to Condition 1 (approved plans) of planning permission 17/AP/1646 for 'Demolition of the existing buildings to facilitate the redevelopment of the site to create 42x residential units and 272 sq m (GIA) of flexible commercial floorspace (Class A1/A2/A3/B1) in a new building of between three and six storeys in height, together with disabled car parking, cycle parking, landscaping, plant, and associated works' to allow for:- the reduction of the number of stair and lift cores from 2 to 1;- 4no. additional dwellings (taking total from 42 to 46);- an increase in the overall commercial area (taking total to 285 sqm);- an uplift in bin storage, bike storage, communal amenity space at ground floor and plant room area;- a 15% increase in the area of the Photo Voltaic panels at roof level (taking total area to 12 sqm);- Minor changes to external appearance".The proposed amendments consist of changes to the ground floor layout.
