Non-material amendment pursuant to 18/AP/2302 (Refurbishment and extension of existing office building (Use Class B1) to provide a roof extension at levels 10 and 11, five floor extension to the front elevation at levels two to six, nine floor extension to the rear elevation at levels two to nine, terraces, new facades and associated works) amendments include; Reduction of the louvred opening to the Rose Playhouse West Elevation, to allow for the retention of existing UKPN services, updates to the external cycle store footprint to avoid the nearby subterranean UKPN services, and modification to the landscape design at the front of the building, to reduce loading to the bridge and to include required Sheffield stand bicycle parking.
