Details submitted to satisfy Schedule 7, Clauses 2.1 to 2.4 'Section 278 Highway Works' of the Section 106 agreement associated with planning permission 19/AP/1322, which gave consent for:"Demolition of existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide a new building of up to 13 and 21 storeys in height (maximum height 73.60m above ground level).
